Summer Closing!
The job center will be closed from August 5th to August 23rd.
Normal activities will resume on Monday 26th August
The new help desk that deals with orienting people looking for employment is active at Cisl.
The Job Centre is set up at the provincial headquarters of the Cisl of Ferrara in Corso Piave 70 and is managed by the territorial manager of Felsa - the category that represents and protects temporary, self-employed and atypical workers - Cecilia Caselli.
The opening hours to the public are Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 to 13.00.
The services offered by the Help Desk are many: providing information on job and training opportunities in the area, on the regional and national active policy tools that can be referred to (for example the relocation allowance or the measures implemented by the employment intervention plan from LR 1205/2017) and providing guidance and support to citizens looking for work, supporting them in drafting their CV and directing them on the most effective ways to obtain and sustain an interview.
“The Sportello Lavoro”, explains General Secretary Bruna Barberis, “does not replace the entities that deal with intermediation but on the contrary offers all the necessary information to fully take advantage of the services that deal with job placement: Employment Centers, Youth Information, private employment agencies. The network of Cisl services, which aims to be increasingly widespread in addressing the needs of individuals and the community, ranging from social security and welfare protection, to tax and housing issues, from consumer protection to professional training, assistance to immigrants, caring practices, successions, domestic workers, accepts the challenge of further closeness to the individual in a moment of difficulty: be it the young person who is entering the job market for the first time or the person who has lost their job after years and needs support in reintegrating.”
In short, the Help Desk will provide the necessary tools for active job searching, putting the person first, since the objective is to welcome, orient and then accompany the unemployed, people looking for their first job and those who want to improve their employability and professional position in the job market.
