The "Labour Decree", converted into Law no. 85/2023, introduced changes to the assistance in completing the DSU/ISEE.
Starting October 1, 2023 INPS will not reimburse CAFs for any DSU/ISEE reports submitted after the first one, submitted in the same year and for the same household. For these requests, CAFs may request a maximum payment of €25.
At Caf CISL we have made a different choice: these procedures remain free for everyone until the end of 2023.
We don't want this sudden change to impact families who need ISEE, during a period already marked by increases in all expenses. Therefore, we have decided not to charge any fees until the end of the year and to continue providing second ISEEs free of charge for those who need to submit a new form.
They will remain free for families
- the first DSU/ISEE submitted;
- those subsequent to the first exclusively in the event of changes in the members of the family unit.
From January, with the ISEE 2024 We will be committed to providing all the information to interested families to avoid them having to submit the ISEE multiple times during the year.
